Our partner PYRATEX® uses SEACELL, a cellulose fiber enriched with seaweed. The process starts with responsibly harvesting seaweed, a carbon-neutral, renewable crop, from the fjords of Iceland. The seaweed is then washed, dried, carefully ground, and added to a wood pulp solution, where it is spun in a closed-loop system that generates no chemical waste.
