Dumpling raffia bag

Meet the Dumpling bag by Lola Hats - This oblong tote is made from a 5/16" raffia tape sewn edge to edge for flexibility. A small inside pocket will hold a phone and credit cards.

The 1 5/8” elastic handle straps support the whole bag, and a natural leather handle narrows the strap for a better hold. When the bag is loaded, the elastic straps make it bounces along.
